FREE Anxiety Worksheets – Mental Health Printables For Journaling

I’m a big fan of using mental health printables and therapy worksheets for my anxiety. Writing down my thoughts before going into social events, then analysing them afterwards, has helped me understand and subsequently manage my social anxiety.

Using worksheets has also helped me identify patterns and things that trigger my anxiety.

And because I’m such a big fan, I wanted to create some free mental health printables that you can download and use too!

I’ve created them in both A4 and A5 formats, so you can print them off at either size and use them for journaling.

All you have to do is use the form at the bottom of this post and sign up for your free anxiety worksheets.

How to use your mental health printables

  • Use the form below to subscribe and download the worksheets.
  • Unzip the folder.
  • Print all pages of the correct sized PDF file, which is available in both A4 and A5 format.
  • Fill them in and reference them whenever you need!
  • Repeat if you need to fill out more than one each.
