I’m a big fan of using mental health printables and therapy worksheets for my anxiety. Writing down my thoughts before going into social events, then analysing them afterwards, has helped me understand and subsequently manage my social anxiety.
Using worksheets has also helped me identify patterns and things that trigger my anxiety.
And because I’m such a big fan, I wanted to create some free mental health printables that you can download and use too!
I’ve created them in both A4 and A5 formats, so you can print them off at either size and use them for journaling.

- Unzip the folder.
- Print all pages of the correct sized PDF file, which is available in both A4 and A5 format.
- Fill them in and reference them whenever you need!
- Repeat if you need to fill out more than one each.
